On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:
Help Desk / Security (m/f)
Mjesto rada: Northwest Croatia

Responsibilities:

  • Challenging, fast-paced, front-line interaction with Company’s growing user base via telephone and e-mail
  • Call logging, routing, and tracking
  • Identifying problems and researching solutions
  • Resolving technical problems as needed for the wide variety of applications and systems supported within the company
  • Enforce and implement standardized operating system, database and application security for purchased and internally developed systems

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English language
  • Computer literacy
  • Fast typing (at least 30 words per minute). 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Operating Systems and Epicor iScala software is an advantage
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
